The Varma-Sampo Mutual Pension Insurance Company has sold Orion Corporation A- and B-shares on 30 November 2000. Following the transactions, the ownership of Varma-Sampo in Orion Corporation has fallen below 1/20 (one of twenty). The current ownership of Varma-Sampo of the Orion Corporation share capital is 2.66%. Varma-Sampo's share of the votes provided by all Orion A-shares is 5.10% and its share of the votes provided by all Orion B-shares is 0.12%, altogether 4.88% of the total votes.
