In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 130,100 A-shares have been converted into 130,100 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 4 October 2001. After the conversion there are 33,802,417 A-shares and 33,716,004 B-shares in the company.
