The 4,176,008 B-shares subscribed for with the 1998A/B-options in 2005 will be merged with the old 'Orion B'-shares, and trading of these shares will begin on 2 January 2006.
The share class 'Orion B new' will entitle the same rights as the old 'Orion B' shares as of 2 January 2006.
