The Listing Particulars of the new companies, Orion Corporation and Oriola-KD Corporation, which will result from the demerger of the present Orion Corporation on 1 July 2006, are published today, 21 June 2006, by the demerging Orion. The shares of the new companies will be listed on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange as of Monday, 3 July 2006.
