Orion Corporation's publication schedules for financial reporting in 2013

Orion Corporation will publish its financial result for 2012 on Tuesday, 5 February 2013.

The publication dates of the Interim Reports in 2013 are as follows:

Interim Report 1-3/2013            Tuesday, 23 April 2013
Interim Report 1-6/2013            Tuesday, 30 July 2013
Interim Report 1-9/2013            Tuesday, 22 October 2013

The Annual Report 2012 will be published on the company's website latest on week 9/2013.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 19 March 2013 in Helsinki.

Orion's financial reports and related presentation material are available on the Group's website at www.orion.fi/investors promptly after the publishing. The website also provides a possibility to register on Orion's mailing lists for publications and releases.
