Orion expects and encourages its employees, suppliers, and other business partners to speak up and report incidents of non-compliance and suspected misconduct. Orion commits to investigate all reports with due care.
How to Report Concerns?
As an employee or consultant, you should initially report your concerns to your manager at Orion. You can also report to your local HR representative or directly contact the responsible department (such as Corporate Security or Quality Management). If these are not acceptable alternatives for you, or you are not an employee of Orion, you can also report to the Head of Compliance in a meeting of by phone or use Orion’s Compliance Line.
